THE PACKS: WHICH TYPE DO YOU NEED?

Kool Max® Cooling Packs — Maximum Cold, Freezer-Charged
Kool Max® packs are water-based and freeze solid, delivering the deepest, most intense cooling in our lineup. Expect up to 3–4 hours of cooling per charge, longer than any other pack we offer. Freezer access required. These are the workhorse packs for high-heat industrial environments, extended outdoor shifts, and anyone who wants maximum cooling duration.

Cool58® Phase Change Cooling Packs — No Freezer Required
Cool58® packs use phase change material that charges at just 58°F (14.4°C). Drop them in a container of ice water for about 15 minutes and they're ready to go — no freezer needed. They hold a consistent, comfortable 58°F for 1.5–3 hours depending on pack size and conditions. The most versatile pack in our lineup, and the go-to choice for travel, workplace use, and heat-sensitive medical conditions like MS.

Quick Cool™ Cooling Packs — Soft, Fast, and Budget-Friendly
Quick Cool™ packs stay comfortably soft even when frozen, making them ideal for direct skin contact and accessories worn close to the body. They provide about 30 minutes of cooling relief per charge. Freezer access required. A cost-effective option for short-duration needs or as a supplemental pack to extend your cooling rotation.

PACK COVERS & STORAGE

Cold Pack Covers
A lightweight fabric barrier between the pack and your skin. Available in sizes to fit both Kool Max® and Cool58® packs, these covers add a layer of comfort when wearing packs directly against the body — particularly useful in vest applications or when wearing packs for extended periods. Multiple size options available.

Cooling Pack Freezer Container
A simple, purpose-built tray for freezing and organizing your Kool Max® or Cool58® packs. Keeps packs neatly contained in the freezer and makes them easy to grab and go. At $6.00, it's an easy add-on for any vest owner who wants a more organized system at home or in a break room.

Soft-Sided Polar Cooler
Your packs are only as good as your ability to keep them cold. The Soft-Sided Polar Cooler is sized specifically to hold a set of charged Polar cooling packs, keeping them ready for use throughout the day. Insulated construction maintains pack temperature whether you're on a job site, commuting, or traveling. An essential companion for anyone using Cool 58® packs away from a freezer.

MAXIMIZING YOUR PACKS

Using Cool58® packs without a freezer? A container of ice water recharges them in about 15 minutes. The Soft-Sided Polar Cooler keeps your charged set cold between cycles so you can rotate without interruption.

Want longer-lasting cold? Kool Max® packs hold more cooling energy per charge. If you're currently using Cool58® and need more duration, a set of Kool Max® packs for the same vest is a straightforward upgrade.
