Adjustable Cooling Pack Vests

Polar's Adjustable Zipper Vests have been our best-selling cooling pack vests since 1984! Adjustable cooling pack vests from Polar Products offer a flexible, customizable fit for a wide range of body types and cooling needs.

Choose from zipper-front or poncho-style designs, with options for 5–12 smaller packs (4.5" x 6") or 4 long strip packs for extended coverage — then pair with your choice of Kool Max® frozen water-based packs or Cool58® phase change packs, available in cotton or nylon fabric. Whether you're managing a heat-sensitive condition, working in a hot environment, or staying active outdoors, there's a configuration here that fits your life.

Choose the type of cooling you prefer!

Kool Max® Frozen Water-Based Cooling Packs offer the highest level of cooling energy for up to 3 to 4 hours, they require access to a freezer.

Cool58® Phase Change Cooling Packs freeze at 58ºF (14.4°C) providing a comfortable, constant cooling temperature of 58ºF for up to 2 to 3 hours. Ideal when freezers are not available.

Choose the size, weight and flexibility you prefer!

Vests with Standard 4.5" x 6" Packs allow for flexibiity in vest weight and cooling location.

Vests with 4 Strip Packs (~6" x 15") offer extended cooling and convenience when changing packs.

Vests come in either Cotton or Nylon!
Cotton: Soft, natural comfort, ideal for all-day wear.
Nylon: Breathable and easy to clean.
