Some heat hits differently. The kind that creeps in during a hot flash, or builds steadily under surgical garments, or compounds the fatigue of an MS flare. Standard cooling vests help — but sometimes you need targeted relief in areas a vest simply doesn't reach.

Our bra, breast, and groin coolers are designed for exactly that. Discreet, lightweight, and worn close to the body, they use phase change or frozen-pack technology to deliver quiet, sustained comfort in the spots that matter most. They tuck inside existing garments, require no special clothing, and recharge quickly — so you can stay ahead of the heat without anyone knowing you're doing it.

Cool58® Breast Coolers
These circular-shaped coolers are designed to rest against the breast tissue, tucked inside a bra. Each Cool58® pack charges at just 58°F (14.4°C) and holds a consistent, comfortable 58°F for up to approximately 1.5 hours. Because the packs are sized to be discreet and lightweight, cooling duration is somewhat shorter than in larger wrap applications — but the trade-off is wearability. They recharge in 10–15 minutes in a container of ice water.

Important note: We do not recommend charging these packs in a freezer. The resulting temperature would be too cold for safe, comfortable contact against sensitive tissue.

Limb & Groin Wrap with Kool Max® Cooling Packs
For upper thigh and groin cooling, this wrap uses Kool Max® frozen water-based packs for maximum cooling energy. Unlike the Cool58® options, Kool Max® packs require freezer access — but they deliver deeper, more sustained cold for up to 1.5–2 hours. A practical choice for home use or situations where freezer access is readily available.
