I've submitted my application. When does our partnership officially begin?
Our partnership starts when we receive your first order.
What are your payment methods and terms?
While we are starting our partnership, we require payment before shipment. US accounts can pay by check or credit card, and international accounts can pay by wire transfer. Net 30 terms are available to US distributors once our relationship is established. Please let us know your preferred payment terms on your application and in your purchase order (PO).
How do I submit a purchase order?
Email your PO to polar@polarproducts.com or fax it to 330-253-4233. You can send any questions to the same email address.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes. We drop ship directly to your customers from our factory in Stow, Ohio. Drop shipping is available for US addresses only.
How do I place a drop ship order?
Submit a PO to us. We will bill the distributor and ship to your customer.
How is shipping billed on orders?
You have two options. We can ship using your third-party shipping account number and bill the shipping to that account, or we can prepay the shipping and add the cost to your invoice.
