Common Polar Life Pod Questions
Are there different sizes?
No. The Polar Life Pod adjusts to fit any individual up to about 7 feet and/or 400 pounds.
Does it fit smaller people or children?
Yes. Fold the bottom of the Pod under the feet of the individual before filling and use the straps to adjust the fit.
How much water is required?
30 to 40 gallons is recommended, though studies have found as little as 20 gallons can achieve ideal cooling for smaller individuals . More water will always cool faster.
What temperature should the water be?
The water should be under 59°F (15°C)
Is there a warranty?
Polar Products, Inc. warrants that the Polar Life Pod® System is fit for use under the normal use for which it is intended and free of any defects in materials and / or workmanship for 12 months from the date of initial purchase. Polar's obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of any defective part(s) of this product.
