Shipping Policies

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after noon, will ship the next business day.
If an order requires more than two days before shipping, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay. 

What are your shipping rates? Who is your carrier?

Orders are shipped via FedEx Standard Ground, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 6 business days within the contiguous U.S., depending on your location.
Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
We offer free ground shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders over $50.00.
For orders under $50.00 and/or placed over the phone, please refer to the pricing chart below.

Expedited Domestic Shipping

To expedite your order, we must receive it by 1:00 pm (EST) or your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
Standard overnight is M-Th (business days). If placed on Friday, overnight orders need to be Priority Overnight for Saturday Delivery.
We offer expedited shipping options, including Overnight/Next Day and 2nd Day delivery. Standard Overnight shipments arrive by 6 PM, while Priority Overnight orders are delivered by 10 AM. Shipping costs for expedited orders vary depending on the size and weight of the package. Please be aware that FedEx does not typically deliver on Saturdays. If a Saturday delivery is required, please contact our office at 1-800-763-8423 to make special arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders can be placed directly through our website, where an estimated shipping cost will appear on the 'View Cart' page. Please note that this is only an estimate. Final shipping charges may vary based on actual carrier rates at the time of shipment, the number of packages, and the dimensions of the shipping box. If there is a significant difference between the estimated and final shipping cost, we will contact you before processing your order.

Shipping Timeframe: We provide multiple international shipping options. Once the customer selects a shipping method and the order departs our manufacturing facility, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe. Please be aware that customs clearance procedures vary by country, and the time required for processing is beyond our control or ability to predict.

Important: All local duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. As a small, family-owned company, we do not have the resources to determine or manage international tax and import regulations. To offer the best value, we sell our products manufacturer-direct at the lowest possible price. Any additional import charges are determined by your local government and are not associated with U.S. taxes. We are not involved in or able to advise on these charges.
