The Cool Teens™ Fashion Cooling Vest is designed to keep your child feeling cool, comfortable and confident. It's engineered with tailored fit lines and clean exterior pockets for a polished, put-together look. Lightweight and versatile, it's designed for everyday wear wherever they need it. The vest uses Cool58® cooling packs, which freeze at a comfortable 58° Fahrenheit for a cool and gentle temperature that's safe for younger wearers.

Cool58® cooling packs can also be activated in just 15 to 20 minutes in a container of ice water, making them perfect for on the go.

A Perfect Fit, Every Time

A great fit is the foundation of both comfort and cooling performance. Our Fashion Cooling Vests are crafted from 97% cotton and 3% spandex, giving the fabric just enough stretch to move with you. The zipper-pull front makes it easy to put on, and the clean, logo-free design with no visible pack pockets looks sharp whether worn over clothing or discreetly underneath.

Crafted for Comfort & Durability

The cooling vest shell is constructed of durable, machine washable 100% cotton twill. Cooling packs fit into insulated inner pockets lined with a comfortable all-cotton fabric for added skin protection, while the insulated outer composite fabric directs cooling energy toward the body. Temperature can be further adjusted by increasing or decreasing clothing layers beneath the vest or the number of packs used.

Customizable Weight & Coverage

The use of individual, separate cooling packs means you can customize the number of packs to suit your child's preference and size. Need a lighter vest? Simply use fewer packs. Some find that using just the packs along the spine works well, while others prefer a full pack load. Our flexible design gives you complete control over your child's cooling experience.

Instructions

Cool58® cooling packs freeze solid at a moderate and comfortable 58° Fahrenheit, so they won't feel uncomfortably cold against the body. Packs can be activated without a freezer — simply submerge in ice water for up to 20 minutes, place in a refrigerator, or freeze for a quick and easy cool-down.

Specifications

One (1) 97% cotton / 3% spandex cooling vest

  • Simple and unisex design with a zipper-pull front.
  • Includes functional exterior pockets for a clean fitted appearance, may be worn over or under clothing.
  • Packs fit into insulated pockets inside the vest. The pockets have a comfortable all-cotton fabric to protect the skin and an insulated outer composite fabric to direct the cooling energy toward the body.
  • Our patent pending spinal cooling design enables you to use fewer packs and still receive effective cooling.
  • The use of separate, individual packs allows the number of cooling packs used to be customized for each person's preference and size.
  • Colors: Khaki, Black
  • Size: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL (See size chart. If you are unsure of your size, don't worry - we are happy to help you with a size exchange.)

Segmented 5" x 6" Cool58® cooling packs

  • Packs freeze solid at a moderate and comfortable temperature of  58° Fahrenheit.
  • Size Small-Medium holds eight (8) packs
  • Size Large-Extra Large holds nine (9) packs
  • Size 2XL-4XL holds ten (10) packs
Safety & Precautions

Always use an insulation barrier between the cooling pack and your skin. The pocket or sleeve that holds the cooling pack in the wraps and vests will serve this function for most usage. If additional insulation is necessary, additional covers for the cooling packs are available.

Warranty

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, will ship the next business day. If an order requires more than two days before shipping, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay.

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and include all components and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 10% fee (to cover disassembly, inspection, and restocking). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does the cooling effect last for pack-based vests?

The reusable Cool58® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 2 to 3 hours. The Kool Max® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 3 to 4 hours.
