Instructions

Kool Max® cooling packs must be frozen in a freezer until solid. Water-based and offering the highest level of cooling energy, these packs deliver strong, long-lasting cooling power.

Safety & Precautions

Always use an insulation barrier between the cooling pack and your skin. The pocket or sleeve that holds the cooling pack in the wraps and vests will serve this function for most usage. If additional insulation is necessary, additional covers for the cooling packs are available.

Warranty

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, will ship the next business day. If an order requires more than two days before shipping, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and include all components and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 10% fee (to cover disassembly, inspection, and restocking). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The reusable Cool58® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1.5 hours. The Kool Max® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1.5 to 2 hours.
