Cooling Comfort

The Deluxe Cooling Head Wrap is available with your choice of cooling pack to match your needs. The Cool58® Pack uses phase-change technology that maintains a consistent 58°F and can be activated in ice water in just 15 to 20 minutes, delivering steady, reliable cooling that is not affected by humidity or outside temperature.

The Quick Cool™ Pack is activated in the freezer and stays comfortably soft even when frozen, providing cooling relief for approximately 30 minutes, perfect for shorter activities or when you need a quick cool-down on demand.

Both packs are non-toxic, non-flammable, and fully reusable making them a safe cooling solution you can count on.

Instructions

Cool58® cooling packs freeze solid at a moderate and comfortable 58° Fahrenheit, so they won't feel uncomfortably cold against the body. Packs can be activated without a freezer — simply submerge in ice water for up to 20 minutes, place in a refrigerator, or freeze for a quick and easy cool-down.

Quick Cool™ cooling packs can stored in the freezer and removed when needed.

Specifications

One (1) 100% cotton head wrap

  • Simple and unisex design.
  • Length: 37".
  • Lightweight wrap weighs less than 1 lb. with cooling packs.
  • Pack fits into a pocket sewn inside the wrap.
  • Wrap ties easily for a comfortable fit.
  • Size: One size fits most

One (1) 3" x 18" Quick Cool™ Pack

One (1) Segmented 3" x 20" Cool58® Cooling Pack

Safety & Precautions

Always use an insulation barrier between the cooling pack and your skin. The pocket or sleeve that holds the cooling pack in the wraps and vests will serve this function for most usage. If additional insulation is necessary, additional covers for the cooling packs are available.

Warranty

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, will ship the next business day. If an order requires more than two days before shipping, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and include all components and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 10% fee (to cover disassembly, inspection, and restocking). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does the cooling effect last for head wraps?

The reusable Cool58® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 2 to 3 hours. The QuickCool™ packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 30 minutes.
