Details: I bought this for my Dad, who was starting Chemo. We only found out a few days before treatment. I ordered the product on the weekend and needed it by Wednesday. I called on Monday morning and they were extremely helpful and rushed the order and my Dad received the cooler system by Tuesday. He was very pleased and happy. The nurses at the chemo center said it was one of the nicest and best quality products of this type they have seen.
