Details: Excellent customer service, product arrived 2nd day delivery as promised. Operational within a few minutes of unpackaging. Durable equipment used for three weeks after bilateral total knee replacement surgery. Purchased wiwith the optional large web pads to fully wrap knee. Large cooler kept water Ice cold for 12 plus hours, so cold that more than 10 min on was too much. Electronic control is a super feature. Worth the added cost of cheaper brands.

Details: This is the best system I have found. I put “cooler shock” ice packs that you can get on amazon, they are inexpensive, and I freeze water in 2 liter and small bottles. I swap out the ice every 12 hours, set the timer and the cold level and relax. It wheels with the battery pack to the bathroom as needed. I use Velcro cord keepers on all the wires and hoses, that way I can neatly put it all together on the cooler itself and go anywhere. Two knee surgeries and bad shoulders, neck and back and this helps. I had an issue with the whit ends leaking, but Polar helped me fix the issue immediately with stellar customer service. We got the system up and running and I could not be happier and healing well. Thank you to everyone at Polar!

Details: I absolutely love my Active Ice Double Therapy System for both knees and the compression pads. I get consistent cooling on both knees for up to an hour at at time if I choose. Worth every penny after my double knee procedure.
