Our cold pack based vests allow for freedom of movement while providing effective cooling at a great value. Multiple cooling packs efficiently and effectively cool the body in any environment, under or over clothes. Additional cooling through accessories like head or neck wraps are also available.

Which Cold Pack Technology Should You Choose?

Kool Max®

Cooling vests with Kool Max® frozen water-based cooling packs fit into insulated pockets. Packs require access to a freezer and 2 to 3 hours to charge. They offer the highest level of cooling energy. Vests will cool for approximately 3 to 4 hours; accessories will cool for 1 to 2 hours.

Cool58®

Cooling vests with Cool58® phase change cooling packs fit into insulated pockets. Packs freeze at 58°F (14.4°C) and provide a comfortable, constant cooling temperature of 58°F. Vests will cool for approximately 2 to 3 hours; accessories will cool for 1 to 1.5 hours. Ideal choice when freezers are not available; these packs can be recharged in a cooler of ice water in just 15 to 20 minutes or a refrigerator in 1-1.5 hours

Which Style Of Vest Would You Prefer?

Adjustable Vests

These cooling vests has adjustable hook and loop straps at the chest, waist and shoulders for a snug, comfortable and customized fit. They come with either 4.5" x 6" packs or segmented strip packs.

4.5" x 6" Packs

  • Allow strategic pack placement along spine & back
  • User can adjust number, location and weight of vest as desired
  • Available in Khaki, Blue, Gray Black.

Segmented Strip Packs

  • Comes in 2 sizes (400 gram 4.5" x 12" or 500 gram 6" x 15")
  • Convenient to change out in the vest
  • Available in Khaki or Blue

FITTED FASHION VESTS

This vest comes in both a women’s and men’s style. It has a clean look with no adjustments and is lightweight with 5 to 10 cooling packs depending on size. The packs are strategically concentrated along the spine in back. It can be worn over or under clothing. The fashion vest comes in a 97% cotton / 3% spandex blend that provides a snug fit with a little stretch.

WOMEN’S FASHION VESTS

The women’s vest comes in black, khaki, light blue, and pink. Pack placement depends on the size of the vest. There are two outside side pockets. Sizes range from XS to 4XL.

MEN’S FASHION VESTS

The men’s vest comes in black, gray and khaki. Pack placement depends on the size of the vest. There are two outside side pockets. Sizes range from S to 4XL.

Which Fabric Would You Prefer?

COTTON

Light weight and breathable 100% cotton twill.


NYLON

100% 2 ply soft breathable. Easy to clean and can be wiped down.

97% COTTON / 3% SPANDEX BLEND

High quality breathable fabric blend provides a snug fit
with a little stretch.

The adjustable vest is available in both cotton and nylon fabric. The cotton fabric vest is available in khaki, blue and black. The nylon fabric vest is available in blue.

The Fashion Vest is only available in the 97% cotton / 3% spandex fabric.

“I am an R.N. working in a surgery center where we do a lot of pain management procedures using live x-ray. It requires wearing protective lead gear. It gets unbearably hot. I got this vest a few months ago. It has been worth every penny. Most of my packs are at least partially frozen after 3 to 4 hours depending on the location in the vest.
