The Cool Flow OR® Circulating Water System is the highest level of personal cooling Polar Products offers, delivering a continuous flow of cold water through tubing built directly into the vest. There are no packs to rotate, no breaks required, and no disruption to the surgical field. Whether you're outfitting a single surgeon for a multi-hour procedure or equipping an entire OR suite, you'll find everything you need here.

Choose Your Cool Flow OR® Circulating Water System

Every Cool Flow OR® system pairs a high-quality cooling reservoir with your choice of vest style. Reservoirs can be cooled with ice for a lower upfront cost, or upgraded to an Arctic Chiller for sustained, ice-free performance across a full surgical day. All systems include insulated water lines, quick-connect couplings, and an attached-wheel unit with a retractable handle for easy repositioning between cases.

High Performance Cooler Systems (ice-cooled)

Arctic Chiller Systems (chiller-cooled, no ice required)

For facilities running back-to-back cases or in situations where managing ice isn't practical, the Arctic Chiller systems maintain a consistent, set water temperature without any ice at all. The chiller connects directly to the reservoir and runs continuously, making it the most hands-off solution in the Cool Flow OR® lineup. Available in two reservoir sizes: 13 and 19-Quart.
