Cooling Comfort

The Cooling Wrap is available with your choice of cooling pack to match your needs. Each wrap holds cooling packs that fit neatly into insulated inner pockets designed to protect the skin while directing cooling energy toward the body. The Cool58® Pack uses phase-change technology that maintains a consistent 58°F and can be activated in ice water in just 15 to 20 minutes, delivering steady, reliable cooling that is not affected by humidity or outside temperature. The Kool Max® Pack is activated in the freezer and delivers long-lasting cooling for up to 2 hours, making it a great option for extended wear. Both packs are non-toxic, non-flammable, and fully reusable, making them safe cooling solutions you can count on.

Deluxe Cooling Head Wrap

Instructions

Cool58® cooling packs freeze solid at a moderate and comfortable 58° Fahrenheit, so they won't feel uncomfortably cold against the body. Packs can be activated without a freezer — simply submerge in ice water for up to 20 minutes, place in a refrigerator, or freeze for a quick and easy cool-down.

Kool Max® cooling packs must be frozen in a freezer until solid. Water-based and offering the highest level of cooling energy, these packs require more energy to activate than Cool58® packs but deliver greater and longer-lasting cooling power in return.

Specifications

One (1) insulated cooling torso vest

  • Simple and unisex design with an elastic strap with a hook and loop closure tab on each side. Adjustable on the size for a snug fit around the torso!
  • Two (2) packs fit in the front, and two (2) packs fit in the back.
  • Packs fit into insulated pockets inside the vest. The pockets have a comfortable all-cotton fabric to protect the skin and an insulated outer composite fabric to direct the cooling energy toward the body.
  • Discreet: can be worn over or beneath clothing.
  • Colors: Black, Khaki
  • Size: One size fits most 

Four (4) cooling packs

  • Choice between 4.5" x 6" Kool Max® Packs or 4.5" x 6" Cool58® Packs
  • Lightweight vest weighs just 1.7 lbs. Weight may be adjusted by varying the number of cooling packs used.
  • The location of desired cooling is easily controlled by which pack pockets are used.
Safety & Precautions

Always use an insulation barrier between the cooling pack and your skin. The pocket or sleeve that holds the cooling pack in the wraps and vests will serve this function for most usage. If additional insulation is necessary, additional covers for the cooling packs are available.

Warranty

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, will ship the next business day. If an order requires more than two days before shipping, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and include all components and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 10% fee (to cover disassembly, inspection, and restocking). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does the cooling effect last for pack-based accessories?

The reusable Cool58® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1.5 hours. The Kool Max® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1.5 to 2 hours.
