The Neck Wrap comes with Kool Max® cooling packs to keep you feeling your best. The packs fit neatly into insulated inner pockets designed to protect the skin while directing cooling energy toward the body. Activated in the freezer, Kool Max® delivers long-lasting cooling for up to 2 hours, making it a great option for extended wear. Kool Max® packs are non-toxic, non-flammable, and fully reusable, making them a safe cooling solution you can count on.

A snug fit is essential for optimal cooling performance. The Cooling Wrap features Velcro® closure tabs for a secure, comfortable, and fully adjustable fit. The clean, logo-free design keeps things looking polished in any setting, whether you're on the job, outdoors, or on the go.

Crafted for Comfort & Durability

Constructed with a soft cotton backing that absorbs moisture and helps protect the skin, the Cooling Wrap is gentle against the body and easy to wear. The insulated outer fabric works to direct cooling toward the body for effective, targeted comfort. It wraps easily around the neck, making it a convenient option wherever your day takes you.

Instructions

Kool Max® cooling packs must be frozen in a freezer until solid. Water-based and offering the highest level of cooling energy, these packs require more energy to activate than Cool58® packs but deliver greater and longer-lasting cooling power in return.

Specifications

One (1) plush neck wrap

  • Simple and unisex design.
  • Packs fit into insulated pockets inside the wrap. The pockets have a comfortable cotton fabric to protect the skin and an insulated outer composite fabric to direct the cooling energy toward the body.
  • Deluxe wrap feels great and may be adjusted for comfort with hook and loop tabs.
  • Colors: Khaki, Black

Three (3) segmented 3" x 9" Kool Max® Cooling Packs

  • Lightweight wrap weighs less than 1.0 lb. with all packs.
Safety & Precautions

Always use an insulation barrier between the cooling pack and your skin. The pocket or sleeve that holds the cooling pack in the wraps and vests will serve this function for most usage. If additional insulation is necessary, additional covers for the cooling packs are available.

Warranty

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, will ship the next business day. If an order requires more than two days before shipping, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and include all components and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 10% fee (to cover disassembly, inspection, and restocking). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does the cooling effect last for pack-based accessories?

The reusable Cool58® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1.5 hours. The Kool Max® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1.5 to 2 hours.
