Select the cooling pack that best fits your needs. Kool Max® frozen water-based packs deliver the highest level of cooling energy and require access to a freezer. Cool58® phase change packs freeze solid at a comfortable 58°F and can be activated in a freezer, refrigerator, or container of ice water, giving you more flexibility wherever your day takes you. Both packs are non-toxic, non-flammable, and fully reusable, making them a safe cooling solution you can rely on.

A great fit is the foundation of both comfort and cooling performance. Our Fashion Cooling Vests are crafted from 97% cotton and 3% spandex, giving the fabric just enough stretch to move with you. With seven sizes available, you can count on a fit that feels tailored to you. The zipper-pull front makes it easy to put on, and the clean, logo-free design with no visible pack pockets looks sharp whether worn over clothing or discreetly underneath.

Customizable Weight & Coverage

Cooling packs sit inside insulated interior pockets, while the outer composite layer directs cooling energy toward the body for targeted, efficient relief. Customize your experience by adjusting the number of packs used or the layers worn beneath the vest. Some find that packs placed just along the spine deliver effective cooling at a vest weight of just 2 lbs. Others prefer a full pack load for maximum coverage. The choice is yours.

Women's Fashion Cooling Vest

Instructions

Cool58® cooling packs freeze solid at a moderate and comfortable 58° Fahrenheit, so they won't feel uncomfortably cold against the body. Packs can be activated without a freezer — simply submerge in ice water for up to 20 minutes, place in a refrigerator, or freeze for a quick and easy cool-down.

Kool Max® cooling packs must be frozen in a freezer until solid. Water-based and offering the highest level of cooling energy, these packs require more energy to activate than Cool58® packs but deliver greater and longer-lasting cooling power in return.

Specifications

One (1) 97% cotton / 3% spandex Fashion Cooling Vest

  • Simple and unisex design with a zipper-pull front.
  • Packs fit into insulated pockets inside the vest. The pockets have a comfortable all-cotton fabric to protect the skin and an insulated outer composite fabric to direct the cooling energy toward the body.
  • Control the weight by varying the number of packs used.
  • Colors: Khaki, Black
  • Size: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL (See size chart. If you are unsure of your size, don't worry - we are happy to help you with a size exchange.)

Eight (8) to ten (10) 4.5" x 6" Kool Max® Cooling Packs

  • Size Small or Medium holds eight (8) packs
  • Size Large or Extra Large holds nine (9) packs
  • Size 2XL to 4XL holds ten (10) packs

  • Size Small or Medium holds eight (8) packs
  • Size Large or Extra Large holds nine (9) packs
  • Size 2XL to 4XL holds ten (10) packs
Safety & Precautions

Always use an insulation barrier between the cooling pack and your skin. The pocket or sleeve that holds the cooling pack in the wraps and vests will serve this function for most usage. If additional insulation is necessary, additional covers for the cooling packs are available.

Warranty

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, will ship the next business day. If an order requires more than two days before shipping, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and include all components and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 10% fee (to cover disassembly, inspection, and restocking). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
