These therapy wraps hold reusable Soft Ice® Packs comfortably on specific body locations while still allowing freedom of movement, so you can rest, work, or move around during treatment.

Instructions

This soft, cotton-backed wrap provides relief from bruises, bumps, cuts, scrapes, muscle aches, swelling, insect bites, chronic pain, and post-surgery recovery. Simply store your Soft Ice® pack in the freezer, remove when needed, and insert directly into the wrap. Position the wrap over your targeted area and secure with the convenient elastic and Velcro® belt.

Treatment Guidelines:
For acute injuries, use cold therapy during the first 48 hours, then alternate with moist heat after swelling goes down. Doctors typically recommend applying therapy for 20 minutes at a time with 20-minute breaks between applications.

Safety & Precautions

Always use a cover, compression wrap or cloth to protect skin from burns or frostbite.

Warranty

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, will ship the next business day. If an order requires more than two days before shipping, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and include all components and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 10% fee (to cover disassembly, inspection, and restocking). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I heat the Soft Ice® Pack?

Microwave Method (Recommended):
Place pack flat in the microwave and heat on the lowest setting for 30 seconds. Gently press the pack to distribute heat evenly throughout, then repeat in 30-second intervals if additional warmth is needed for heat therapy.

Stovetop Method:
Boil water in a pot, then remove from heat. Place the therapy pack in the hot water for 5 minutes. Important: Do not boil the pack directly. This will damage the material.

How long does the cooling effect last?

The Soft Ice® Packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1 hour.

Please note: cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism and activity.
