The Cool Comfort® Performance Cooling Hidden Vest features an innovative hybrid cooling system that combines the efficient power of evaporative cooling with the direct cooling of frozen water. Extremely lightweight and constructed from an antimicrobial performance fabric with superior moisture-wicking characteristics, this vest is ideal for runners, cyclists, and anyone looking for cooling relief during sports and outdoor activities.

Ideal for outdoor activity or work in hot conditions, those with Multiple Sclerosis heat sensitivity, intolerance to heat due to neurological or physical conditions. Simply submerge in water to activate and you're ready to go.

Note: This product works best in low humidity environments.

Instructions

To activate, submerge the wrap in water, gently squeeze, and towel dry. Once the wrap is dry to the touch, it is ready to wear. To reactivate, place in cool water for 20 minutes or longer depending on your preference. For an extra boost of cooling energy, place the wrap in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 2 hours before use.

Note: Cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism, and activity level.

Safety & Precautions

Always wear a protective layer between the vest or wrap and the skin when wearing from the freezer.

Warranty

One year warranty against any defects in materials and/or workmanship. We will repair or replace, at Polar’s sole discretion, within that timeframe. Contact us at 800-763-8423 or email polar@polarproducts.com.

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, will ship the next business day. If an order requires more than two days before shipping, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and include all components and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 10% fee (to cover disassembly, inspection, and restocking). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the cooling effect last for Cool Comfort® garments?

The length of time an evaporative cooling garment will provide cooling is dependent on the environmental humidity in the area it is being used. The lower the humidity, the greater the evaporation and the more effective the cooling. In low humidity climates these garments will last several hours before needing rehydrated. In higher humidity climates they will stay hydrated for many ours but not cool very well if at all.
