Select the cooling pack that best fits your needs. Kool Max® frozen water-based packs deliver the highest level of cooling energy and require access to a freezer. Cool58® phase change packs freeze solid at a comfortable 58°F and can be activated in a freezer, refrigerator, or container of ice water, giving you more flexibility wherever your day takes you. Both packs are non-toxic, non-flammable, and fully reusable, making them a safe cooling solution you can rely on.

A Perfect Fit, Every Time

A snug fit is essential for optimal cooling performance. The Adjustable Zipper Cooling Vest features adjustable Velcro® straps at the chest, waist, and shoulders for a comfortable, customizable fit. Once adjusted for size, the zipper-pull front makes it easy to put on every time. The clean, logo-free design can be worn over clothing or discreetly underneath uniforms or costumes.

The included Deluxe Cooling Neck Wrap is constructed from durable, machine washable 100% cotton twill — soft against the skin and easy to care for. Worn around the neck, it targets key pulse points for fast, effective cooling relief that helps bring your overall body temperature down.

Crafted for Comfort & Durability

The cooling vest shell and Deluxe Cooling Neck Wrap are constructed of durable, machine washable 100% cotton twill. Cooling packs fit into insulated inner pockets lined with a comfortable all-cotton fabric for added skin protection, while the insulated outer composite fabric directs cooling energy toward the body. Temperature can be further adjusted by increasing or decreasing clothing layers beneath the vest or the number of packs used.

Customizable Weight & Coverage

The use of individual, separate cooling packs means you can customize the number of packs to suit your preference and size. Need a lighter vest? Simply use fewer packs. Some find that using just the packs along the spine works well, while others prefer a full pack load. Our flexible design gives you complete control over your cooling experience.

Instructions

Cool58® cooling packs freeze solid at a moderate and comfortable 58° Fahrenheit, so they won't feel uncomfortably cold against the body. Packs can be activated without a freezer — simply submerge in ice water for up to 20 minutes, place in a refrigerator, or freeze for a quick and easy cool-down.

Kool Max® cooling packs must be frozen in a freezer until solid. Water-based and offering the highest level of cooling energy, these packs require more energy to activate than Cool58® packs but deliver greater and longer-lasting cooling power in return.

Safety & Precautions

Always use an insulation barrier between the cooling pack and your skin. The pocket or sleeve that holds the cooling pack in the wraps and vests will serve this function for most usage. If additional insulation is necessary, additional covers for the cooling packs are available.

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, will ship the next business day. If an order requires more than two days before shipping, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay.

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and include all components and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 10% fee (to cover disassembly, inspection, and restocking). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does the cooling effect last for Adjustable Zipper Cooling Vest Kits?

For the pack-based vest: The reusable Cool58® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 2 to 3 hours. The Kool Max® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 3 to 4 hours.

For pack-based accessories: The reusable Cool58® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1.5 to 2 hours. The Kool Max® packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1.5 to 2 hours. 

Please note: cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism, and activity level.
