Shipping Policies

Once I place my order, how quickly is it processed and when does it ship?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. However, please allow up to one full business day for processing in-stock items before shipment. If an order requires more than two days to ship, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the delay. 

What are your shipping rates? Who is your carrier?

Orders are shipped via FedEx Standard Ground, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 6 business days within the contiguous U.S., depending on your location.

Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

We offer free ground shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00, please refer to the pricing chart below.

Expedited Domestic Shipping

To expedite your order, we must receive it by 1:00 pm (EST) or your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

We offer expedited shipping options, including Overnight/Next Day and 2nd Day delivery. Standard Overnight shipments arrive by 6 PM, while Priority Overnight orders are delivered by 10 AM. Shipping costs for expedited orders vary depending on the size and weight of the package. Please be aware that FedEx does not typically deliver on Saturdays. If a Saturday delivery is required, please contact our office at 1-800-763-8423 to make special arrangements.
