1. CONVENIENT AND EASY TO ADJUST
Built-in pack pocket can be positioned for maximum comfort.

2. 100% COTTON PILLOWCASE
The pillowcase is constructed of durable and machine washable 100% cotton.

3. SOFT ICE® COOLING PACKS
Flexible Soft Ice® water-based cold therapy packs fit into the pillow case's pack pocket. Non-toxic and chemical-free Soft Ice® cold therapy packs are made of biodegradable materials. These reusable packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1 hour. For additional cooling, place the packs in the freezer until they are cold. (Please note: cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism and activity.) The cooling pillowcase will hold one (1) 6" x 12" Soft Ice® cooling packs; an extra pack is included with each pillowcase.

How do Soft Ice® water-based cooling packs work?

Flexible water-based cold therapy packs fit into the pillow case's pack pocket.
Non-toxic and chemical-free Soft Ice® cold therapy packs are made of biodegradable materials.
These reusable packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 1 hour. (Please note: cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism and activity.)
Naturally absorbs heat and then dissipates this heat back into the air, producing a comfortable cooling effect.
For additional cooling, place the packs in the freezer until they are cold. Highly flexible and comfortable right out of the freezer!

One (1) 100% cotton pillow case

Details: I bought the Soft Ice® Cooling Pillowcase. I am 48 and have a heat tolerance issue. I sweat very bad at night and would wake up 2 or 3 times in the night so hot I could not sleep. I bought the Soft Ice Pillowcase and it made me cool all night. I don''t wake up like I used to. If you have night sweats buy this it will change the way you sleep.
