Instructions

  1. Fold the wrap so the white fleece side is inside the fold with the black side out. Place in a clean microwave, alone, for the recommended time period on the tag.
  2. Remove from the microwave and test for temperature - if the wrap is too hot, allow it to cool before using. If it is not hot enough, refold and put back in the microwave for an additional 10 seconds. Retest.
  3. Position wrap around the desired body part and secure with hook & loop attachment.

Please Note: Doctors typically recommend the application of hot or cold therapy not exceed 20 minutes at a time, however, always follow your healthcare professionals direction in the use and duration of hot or cold therapy. Allow 20 minutes between applications.

Details: I like this moist warmed eye mask. It takes 20 seconds in Microwave to heat and the warmth lasts 20 minutes. The mask shut out the light completely and with the moisted warmth, my eyes can rest better. This mask may be a bit heavy on my eye lids, because my eyes are popped out and it makes me worried about the weight on my eyes a bit.
