Details: The Kool Max® cooling products have increased the quality of my life as I am living with Multiple Sclerosis and I have extreme heat sensitivity. I've purchased the max cooling vest, the cooling kit which includes the necktie, wrist and ankle coolers. Additionally, I've purchased the neck and spine cooler. I mix and match these products depending our family activity. Thank you. I can now enjoy the summer with my children! Details: I have MS and the Coastal heat is too much for me in the long afternoons. The wrap is quickly and easily ready to allow me to go to the grocery or to the mailbox.

Details: I recently got diagnosed with MS and I am a very active person who lives in a very warm tropical environment. I love to cycle but the MS was making hard, until I got this wrap. It does an amazing at cooling me down and the symptoms that I experienced went down by half. Combined with riding early morning, I don't feel anything and I ride about 30 miles. I'm so happy with the product

Details: I am very disappointed in the product. I am only interested in using it as an ice pack. However, unlike normal ice gel packs that stay flexible when I leave them in the freezer, your ones go solid as a rock. My frustration is that I can't return the product as I live in Canada. It is the first product I have bought online that I have been dissatisfied with.

Details: I love to golf but the heat was making it very difficult, I bought this and was able to play 27 holes without the heat melting me.

Details: This product looks like it will work well for easy neck and back icing but I found it to be very loose! Hardly staying in place and not keeping my sore muscles cool. There are also many sharp points on the ice packs very uncomfortable.

Details: I have MS and was attending my son's appearance in a musical. The venue had no air conditioning and the temperature was 97. In Chicago with humidity, that feels like 105. I was able to sit through the 2 hour production with the help of this product and fans.

Details: This Neck and Spine cooler works great for when I have to get dressed as our mascot for the Westerville Lions - Lion L. Kept him cool through 2 parades on the 4th of the July. (packs changed between parades.)

Details: I am a security guard and spend a lot of time outdoors at night. The temp. can sometimes be 85 degrees F and the humidity 100% at 4AM!!!! I am over 50 and don't tolerate heat well so I purchased the neck and spine wrap last year and was amazed at how much difference it made!!! I just bought one for a friend! My only gripe is the fabric is a little fragile and the velcro strips tear it too easily.

Details: I live in Phoenix, AZ and suffer from FMS and menopausal hot flashes. The neck wrap and the neck and upper spine wrap have made it possible for me to make it through the warm days. They also work great for my muscle pain and inflammation.

Details: At the recommendation of Polar Products, I tried the Soft Ice inserts with the Neck & Upper Spine Wrap, and it solved every issue I had. The soft ice inserts make the wrap much more comfortable to wear, and it stays cold throughout the 30-minute treatments I do, while not being too cold to be comfortable. It's now the perfect device for icing my neck and upper spine.

Details: This ice pack thingy is awesome! It makes it SO much easier to ice my neck and upper back. I only have a couple of minor issues with it. 1) My doctor wanted me to use ice packs that had been in the refrigerator, not the freezer, but when I do that with this ice pack the sleeve it's in keeps me from feeling any relief. I put the thing in the freezer and it's not too cold to wear. 2) You need to make sure you can lay it flat in your freezer. If it's bent and freezes that way it is uncomfortable until it thaws a little. But even with these minor issues I'm glad I bought this and I'm sure I'll use it for a long time.

Details: Its not too bad. Wish the ice packs were polar soft packs. it is heavy when you have all ice packs frozen because they freeze hard.

Details: I like this hit of ice wear but it rests uncomfortably on my collar bones, which are more pronounced than many. Just another personal problem I guess!
