Details: I am using one as I write this. This soft ice pack is the best for all areas of your body. Anyplace you need it. Because it is soft it will fit around shoulder, knee, elbow, hip without a problem. I love them so much I have purchased them several times over the years. I even got some for my daughter.

Details: I love these soft packs. I use ice packs all the time for my back and knees and it is nice to have them on hand when I need them. The covers are really nice also. I am thinking about buying some more to give as Christmas gifts for other members of my family.
