Details: Use this around my head for headaches.

Details: This Neck/Head Wrap is great when you are outside or inside. It keeps you cool and comfortable. I bring it when I am sitting at the park and my Husband takes it outside when he is doing yard work. I recommend this to everyone.

Details: I am very disappointed in the the neck wrap. I am very intolerant of the heat & was very hopeful this would help. It was cold for only 1/2 hr, I will not recommend it to anyone.

We are the manufacturers of body cooling wraps as well as hot/cold therapy wraps. We make two types of packs: Soft Ice® hot/cold packs for therapy and Kool Max® cooling packs for body cooling. The Soft Ice® Neck Wrap you purchased is designed for cold therapy for pain relief, not body cooling. The packs stay soft and flexible for comfortable cold therapy for acute and chronic pain (ex: arthritis, migraines, etc.) Many doctors recommend that cold therapy sessions not last longer than a half hour. If you're looking for body cooling, you would be much happier with our Kool Max® Neck Wrap. The packs freeze solid for cooling relief up to two hours. Both wraps are the same; it is simply the packs which are different (Soft Ice® packs freeze soft; Kool Max® packs freeze solid). Details: I was given one of these by the MS society shortly after I was diagnosed. That was 11 years ago and I just reordered one . I use this a LOT but not around my neck, I use it around my head when I get to warm or when I have a bad headache.
