Details: Lightweight, you can wear it under clothing, cooling packs are not bulky and they stay cold. Shipping was fast. I'm very satisfied.

Details: Took me awhile to get hot enough to put this on. Had to find a place for the ice packs in the freezer and adopt a new routine. I freeze one set and use one set. Still take breaks but my core cooled down. Looks a bit like a fishing vest but the effects sold me. Over 90 in Vermont today. I used it to cool down.

Details: This product works! I tried it for the first time at my nephew's graduation. It was a very HOT HUMID day in Georgia - 90 degrees. I only needed the vest to stay cool. I loaned the wrist wraps to my niece. She also stayed cool. The cold packs were still frozen when the ceremony ended two hours later. If you are on the fence about spending the money for this product, do yourself a favor and purchase it. I bought the neck and spine wrap a year or two before buying this system. (It was the more affordable option.) It keeps you somewhat cool. However, this system works SO MUCH better. If you are having trouble sleeping on hot summer nights. Try the soft ice pillow insert. I use it. It is lovely.
