Details: I wear these when it is warm as I have MS and have always been pleased.

Details: I love the tan color which goes with any outfit, and doesn't bleed color on to my clothes. Unlike with other cooling scarves which are bulkier, I had people compliment my scarf without realizing it was for function and not fashion! The downside is that after a few uses, it starts to smell like sweat. Washing by hand only helped a little bit, and washing it in the washing machine on delicate cycle ruined the scarf - won't expand in water anymore. But it's still the best one I've found, so I bought a new one

Details: I purchased three. I am so impressed with the cooling effect to keep body temperature down! I have MS and love to be outside and garden, read, etc. This is an efficient , simple tool to help me last longer in the sun that I love!!

Details: So far I've only tried this by leaving it in a bowl of ice water for about 15-20 minutes. It doesn't seem to get too cold, and it feels like my body temp quickly makes it kind of lukewarm. BUT! I do think it helps! I don't have as severe swings in body temp while I exercise. Circumstances that would turn me into a noodle (hot, stuffy room, heavy exertion) turn out to be fine with this. I refresh it with cold tap water halfway through class.
