Details: I bought the one foot extension hose just for the couplings. After my wife is done with the ice therapy system, I will cut the extension hose in half and connect to the cooling pad. This will allow me to completely drain the pad and gently blow out any remaining moisture before I store it away for the next use. I will do the same for the pump side of the system.

Details: I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation. The extension tube arrived today and it does exactly what I need it to do. I don’t have to bother my wife who’s already mad at me for having this stupid accident in the first place. And I’m so impressed with your customer service that I’ve been telling everybody. I’ve never seen such outstanding customer service in my life.

Details: I recently had rotator cuff surgery and purchased an AIS3.0 with the shoulder therapy pad. I had trouble connecting and disconnecting the therapy pad without help so I called Polar. They sent me a 1 foot extension no charge, and I found it solved the problem and was really helpful.
