Details: If you’re looking for relief after your surgery, Polar Active Ice is what you need. I have used it for a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery twice . And now using it for a knee replacement surgery. For knee I bought a separate knee pad << two business days delivery as stated. Ordered early Monday morning surgery on Wednesday delivered Wednesday as stated . I use six frozen water bottles some times I and some ice. It runs very quiet, timer works great. You do need an isolator cooler pad and your skin, like a medium hand towel

Details: We ordered this pad to complement our Polar Ice Therapy for knees. My husband’s second knee replacement resulted in extensive removal of bone spurs on the backside of the knee. With this pad we were able to wrap the entire leg - not just ice the front. We had a problem with the power cord but customer service was SO helpful - sent us a new cord in 2 days at no charge. We are telling all our aging friends about this product! Being able to use the frozen water bottles and having circulating ice water gives the best rehab result! This other pad was recommended, and I think it was new product as I hadn’t as I hadn’t seen it in the catalog. It was 1000% better. Details: I bought the active ice machine with timer after knee replacement. I use it while resting during the day and even while I sleep. This has helped tremendously by not having to get up every few minutes to change out an ice pack. I am weeks ahead on my PT and I believe this has helped me achieve that goal.

Details: Just had knee replacement surgery and was instructed to do this type of cold therapy. The Polar Active Ice machine with the knee pad has worked very, very well for me. It certainly brings on the cold, and stays cold for a long time, so no need to continuously change out the ice. It's very easy to use and keep clean. The tube that connects the pad to the machine can also get very cold, which drapes across my body -I wrapped a towel around it to make it more comfortable.
