Details: I have had three knee surgeries and your system has helped me tremendously! I did not have to take the harsh drugs the doctor gave me because this machine is top notch.

Details: I purchased the full circumference knee pad with the 9 qt. system and I love it. I wrap it around my knee, covering both front and back. The Velcro belt holds it on tight. I am now going to purchase the shoulder therapy pad to go along with it.

Details: Very easy to use and the staff are friendly. The only thing to note: my knee had to be in a brace and I found it difficult for the ice pad to make contact with my knee because of the brace.
