Details: Great customer service! I ordered this product Saturday evening around 9:30 p.m. Today, Tuesday, I received the knee pad at 2:00 p.m. Your delivery rivals Amazon!!! Your product is superior to others we have tried. The cooler case and handle make carrying it easy. The remote control is very helpful in programming when and how long I ice my surgical site. I am happy to have found your company!

Details: I have had the Polar Products ice machine through 4 joint replacements. This was the best decision I have made. Other than having to get a new pad because the velcro strap wore out, this an excellent product.

Details: The cold therapy system has been amazing after having ankle surgery. It helped calm the pain and eased a lot of the discomfort. Would highly suggest this product for any surgical procedure.

Details: I bought this knee wrap. I have used this Polar system with the knee wrap before for past joint surgeries. This time I had a knee replacement. For the first 2 weeks after my replacement, I used this around the clock intermittently to reduce swelling and pain. At night I set it for 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off all night. It was an auto setting so I slept through the night. This icing process is a large part of why 16 days post replacement I have minimal swelling, bruising and ROM a little ahead of schedule. No having to change and refreeze soft ice packs. The cooler keeps cold a good 6-8 hours. I freeze 6 oz water bottles and put 6-7 of them in the cooler. No need for a bulky ice bag cluttering up the freezer. I have 2 sets of 7 and just rotate them. I highly recommend purchasing this system.

Details: I had a total knee replacement surgery on December 21, 2020 and absolutely love the cold therapy system. I had an appointment with my orthopedic surgeon this afternoon and shared with him how much I love your cooling therapy system! I also told my brother about it, who is going to speak with his doctor to see if he would benefit from the dual knee cooling system.

Details: The ice machine and knee pad have been wonderful. The swelling from surgery is at a minimum thanks to icing every hour-hour a a half. I would recommend this product to anyone gong through knee surgery.
