Details: The product works good. However I was hoping that it provided more pressure than it does, I ordered the extra tubing but ended up not using it. The only problem I had was I did not receive the velcro straps that hold it together. I emailed the company and received a call right away she explained that the one I ordered was for the backs it did not come with the velcro straps however she very friendly and said she was going to send me the straps at no charge. I received them within 2 days.

Details: I can’t recommend this ice machine enough. It helps so much after my knee replacement surgery. Using it about 5-6 times a day since only 5 weeks PO. Change out the ice usually once a day.

Details: This is my 3rd joint replacement and I wish I knew of this product years ago! I bought the 9 quart size and used 6 frozen 500 ml bottles of ice in it. 12 bottles was enough: 6 for day use, 6 for overnight. There was still some ice in all the bottles after all those hours. I love this concept of saving water! The timer is great. At night, I set 20 on, 30 off and speed #1, because I wasn't awake to monitor the coldness. For my hip, I bought both the extended pad and the smaller one. The extended was perfect for night.

Details: I am using it after a hip replacement. It works much better than ice packs. The temperature control and timing for cooling time and time off cooling cycles is very useful.

Details: I’ve purchased your ice machine in the past for ACL surgery, and recently for my hip and I absolutely love it! Seriously, I don’t know how I would have been able to maintain appropriate icing without my machine.

Details: I love this product. Cold therapy is a very effective method of treating inflammation and pain after surgery. I keep it going as much as possible. For a prior surgery I purchased a different machine recommended by my physician, it was too small, requiring frequent ice replenishment and difficult to use. Polar is far superior

Details: Just returned with my wife from TN - A drive of 460 miles. My wife used the Active Ice System with the power take off adapter the entire distance. When we got home I asked her if she could have tolerated the bumpy roads w/o your system. She replied with a no.
