Details: This kit doesn't retain temperature for two hours as advertised. It only does that for may be 30 minutes maximum.

Details: I have fibromyalgia and one of the side effects is that I'm hot and sweat. These products are a godsend! They help me stay cool, reduce inflammation, and help with my daily headaches, especially if I get a migraine. I can walk around wearing them, there is no mess, I don't have to worry about them falling off. They are WONDERFUL!
