Details: The vest is too big and I got a small. I think it is supposed to fit tight on you in order to work.The rest of the kit works well.

Details: This is an excellent product. I am a motorcycle safety instructor and an avid motorcyclist. The vest has allowed me to teach and ride in the extreme Texas heat with comfort and safety. Highly recommend it!

Details: I suffer from iih/ptc. I have used the neck/upper spine wrap it helps. I'm only hoping the rest of this will help me get through my sons 3 hr ball games, as I'm very beat intolerant and I have notice if I get hot the migraines surges upward!

Details: i have MS so i bought a vest to keep cool i got a xl way to big all my shirts are xl i weigh 200 lb. i put in cool water for the time they say to it felt warm and damp then i froze it didn't last very long i tell my doctor i bought 1 he asked if it was heavy it is he said i should use the freezer packs. i will try it again in 2 weeks going to Fl. for a week

We would suggest soaking it for less time so that it will absorb less water and therefore be less heavy. You can spin it in the washer to remove excess water as well. Details: I bought this to use in Disney in June. They all work pretty well. The vest is a little heavy when first wet but not unreasonably so. I do wish it could be made into a pretty blouse or something.
