Details: Have not used these much yet, but they did the trick when I used them. Cooling our wrist, ankles and head...really helps the body stay cool!

Details: I have MS and am very sensitive to the effects of heat. This is the first time I''ve tried ankle wraps. I''ve found that these, along with other cooling products, do seem to help me tolerate hot days or hot environments better.
