Details: I was given this as a gift from my doctor. I've only used it once so far but AMAZING is a MAJOR understatement. Not a lover of being in pain but this product makes me very eager and excited whenever I can feel a little twinge. Lol 🤣🤣🤣

Details: I absolutely love my Active Ice System with dual bladders for both knees and the compression pads. I get consistent cooling on both knees for up to an hour at at time if I choose. Worth every penny after my double knee procedure.

Details: I purchased this machine to use after my bi-lateral knee replacement surgery. I seriously do not know what I would do without it! I was so happy to find a machine that would allow me to ice both knees at once. I am 1 week post-surgery and use it every day for 20 min intervals around the clock. The unit is small enough to easily move around, fairly quiet and very well made. Even after the ice melts during the night the water stays cold enough to continue to use.

Details: I give it a good solid 4 since I don't know if there is something better. Probably not. We use the dual footsie booties and the dual universal bladders (shoulders/knees) and they are wonderful. The rectangular bladder is great for hip and back. I am not writing a separate review on the bladders as they are happening. It would be easy (and unfair) to nitpick a device at this price point. You will not regret buying this system. With that said, I had some issues getting a cooler/pump that worked properly or did not ship with broken parts. But I must say the Polar was relentless in their effort to make things right. You will likely get the perfect part with first order. I was unlucky at that just like I am unlucky at love. A couple usage tips. Be very aware of the return water as this gives visual feedback of blockage. Get a plastic container and freeze your own ice. I have two containers that make ice chunks, one fits in big space and one sits on pump. I hope you get better fast in your healing and pain relief. This gear will help get there.

Details: This is a really good/effective system. The ability to treat both knees at once is nice. Everything works as advertised. However, I wish that the system could be turned on without having to use the 30 minute timer. After the timer has gone off, the knees begin to warm up and then ache, which is not good when you are trying to sleep (the pain wakes you up). Still, for the relief that you get when using the system, it's well worth the money.
