Details: I recently had two lumpectomies. These breast coolers were so helpful to me. Because they don't freeze like ice does, they are a bit bendable, and you can use them for longer periods of time. My doctor recommended my wearing a sports bra 24/7 and an outer bra to hold ice in place 20 mins on/20 mins off. I could slip this cooler into my outer bra and wear it like that for about 50 minutes. It gave me a lot of relief.
