Details: We actually bought 6 extra packs so my husband (who has MS) would have 2 full sets of Kool Packs for his cooling vest, one set for the afternoon and one set for during the night.

Details: Packs lasted for no more than one year before they started leaking. Packs are very easily torn. Love the fashion vest so will have to put up with ordering new packs.
