Details: I have a rare auto immune disease called ( CIDP )  (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy) it's like MS I can't tolerate heat it hurts. My wife has MS that's how I heard of this product we have used these products for almost 10 years very good and life saving if you have heat tolerance issues.

Details: I actually purchased this Neck Wrap product as all of the products offered for the ankle and foot were constructed similarly to shoes. Unfortunately, I have a condition in the ankle which is aggravated by contact with any material. I needed something that I could put on and have it deliver the needed chilling effect without direct application. I tried the Neck Wrap and it was perfect for the job. One problem I had with it was that it came with gel packs that when frozen, harden into shapes that make it uncomfortable so I called and ordered other gel packs (3”x8”) which remain flexible even after being in the freezer. They fit nicely in the same slot in the Neck Wrap as the hardened ones do and work perfectly. The Neck Wrap would also likely work well wrapped around an arm as well as the leg and the neck for which is was intended.
