Details: I purchased this vest to replace a different brand that was lost in a cross-country move. My new Polar Products vest is of the highest quality fabric, was meticulously sewn, and has reinforced pockets with Velcro closure for the cooling inserts. I have had MS for more than 20 years and have worn several cooling vests however, this vest is the best I have owned. This vest comes with a scarf, useful for both head and neck cooling, in a wide variety of pretty colors and patterns. It was challenging for me to accurately estimate my correct size, and the outstanding customer service team could not have been more helpful. I received good sizing advice and my exchange arrived rapidly. Thank you, Polar Products!

Details: I purchased the vest and neck scarf almost 3 weeks ago. Since having it, I have been able to have less torso hugs and spasms. The neck scarf has cut down my heat headaches a lot. I have been able to get outside and be active when I would be inside due to our heat here in FL. The 2 styles of packs I ordered make it great for extended day trips and convenient. It is easy to wash by hand. So glad I heard about your product. Thank you so much for your quick sending and great products!

Details: A few years ago, I started having trouble with heat. I can't tolerate it, I get dizzy and black out entirely. I was recently diagnosed with systemic mastocytosis and undifferentiated connective tissue disorder, both of which may contribute to my heat intolerance. It has led to surviving summer at night, otherwise I am isolated to air-conditioned environments and not being able to go out for anything. I would pass out going from the grocery store to the car. I have missed out on so much, and it's a struggle both physically and mentally. There have been some solutions that have helped a little, but not enough that I can maintain my health and reduce flare ups. They haven't helped enough.

A friend with MS suggested I look into some of the recommendations from MS websites, which is where I came across Polar Products. It seems expensive, but it's been entirely worth it. On days that I'd normally hide in the air-conditioned bedroom, I can now make dinner and function so much better than I have been able to since my immune system malfunctioned. The vest is usually enough on slightly warm days, but on the hotter days where I am out doing more, I use the vest, hat and scarf combined. I also purchased a backup set of cooling packs so that I can trade them out when needed. They have given me a modicum of normalcy back to my life that I've sorely missed, and I am so grateful for that. These illnesses take away so much of a normal life, and it's amazing to have tools that help balance things a little.

Details: My fashion vest keeps me so cool. it is well balanced with the 5 Max Kool packs and does not feel heavy. Love the scarf too. Should have purchased this sooner.

Details: I do believe that I couldn't survive Texas heat of 100-103° recently. Although the vest is a little heavy. It has helped me for trips that otherwise I would have been miserable and sick afterwards. I have Multiple Sclerosis and can't tolerate heat.
