1. CONVENIENT AND EASY TO WEAR
Pack fits into a pocket sewn inside the wrap. Elastic straps with hook and loop Velcro® tabs attach securely into hard hat liners.

The crown cooler is constructed of durable and machine washable 100% cotton twill.

3. COOL58® COOLING PACKS
Cool58® cooling packs freeze solid at a moderate and comfortable temperature of 58° Fahrenheit, so they can be activated in a freezer, refrigerator, or even a bucket of ice water. These reusable packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 2-3 hours. (Please note: cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism and activity.) The wrap includes one (1) 6" diameter round Cool58® cooling pack.

How do Cool58® phase change cooling packs work?

Cool58® cooling packs freeze solid at a moderate and comfortable temperature of 58° Fahrenheit (14.4° Celsius), so they can be frozen in a freezer, refrigerator, or even a bucket of ice water.
Once activated, these reusable packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 2-3 hours. (Please note: cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism and activity.)
Packs are non-toxic and non-flammable.
Packs do not require a freezer! Packs can simply be submerged in ice water or placed in a refrigerator or freezer to activate. Easy to use - packs can be activated by simply submerging the packs into ice water for up to 20 minutes when access to freezers is not available.
Works in any climate - extreme heat and humidity are no problem! The cooling performance is not impacted by humidity or outside temperature.

"coolest little thing ever"

Details: My husband works in the oilfeilds and has to wear a hard hat everyday. Which he hates, but this little thing actually gets him to wear it happily. Its an amazing little thing that really works to keep you cool. I wore it one day while mowing the lawn. Looked kind of stupid, but man did it feel good.

Details: These are wonderful! So hard to find anything that cools employees down. Meant for Hard hats, does not fit a bump cap. Worth trying out!

Details: Bought this for my husband who didn't think it was neccesary...and then he tried it. He came home from work and thought it was the greatest invention ever. Apparently one of his co-workers thought so too, because he STOLE it and the bag cooler the second day at work. I will definatly be buying another. They are that AWESOME.
