Our popular and cost-effective Private Label Program works very smoothly and efficiently when a few simple guidelines are followed.

Order Requirements:

Minimum order quantity of 48 packs.
We can do orders of multiple pack sizes; there is a minimum quantity of 24 packs of each size. Please note: an order with multiple pack sizes will take longer to deliver according to the factory's production schedule.
There is a one-time set-up charge of $30 for designing a new Private Label. (There is no charge for future orders with the same logo.)
Labels can be designed with text and/or one of our stock logos. (Click the 'Stock Logos' tab to see examples.)
The label can be printed with your custom logo. If you have a custom logo you wish to use, it must be saved as a.JPG or .BMP file. Please note: Your logo must be in black & white only, with no colors or shading.

Label Size and Placement:

The printed label size is approximately 3" x 5" for any pack size.
The labels are printed in the center of the packs.

Details: Dr. Longworth has been using ice packs made by Polar Products for eleven years. To promote our practice, Polar Products recently started using a private labeling program. Each Soft Ice® Pack is inscribed with the doctor and our company name, address, and phone number. Soft Ice Packs are given to all of our patients to help them with their pain.
