Product Details

Patented Soft Ice® formula stays highly flexible and comfortable right out of the freezer and transfers heat out of the injured area much faster than competitors' packs.
Soft Ice® uses a natural, non-toxic, recycled and biodegradable formula that provides natural, drug-free pain relief.
When used as a heat pack, Soft Ice® retains its consistency and does not become a liquid.
Packs deliver comfortable, deep-penetrating cold or hot therapy to injured joints, ligaments and muscles.
Soft Ice® packs are excellent for swollen joints and tendons, back pain, inflammatory arthritis, headaches and migraines, sprains, insect bites, toothaches, tension, bruises, and muscle aches.
Optional poly-cotton covers available to protect the skin.

Directions for use:

Store Soft Ice® pack in freezer for use as a cold pack.
To use as a heat pack, place flat in microwave. Heat at lowest setting for thirty seconds. Gently press pack to mix contents and repeat if necessary. Alternatively, boil water and remove from heat. Place the pack in hot water for 5 minutes. Please note: Do not boil!
Caution: Always use a cover, compression wrap or cloth to protect skin from burns or frostbite.
For acute pain, use cold therapy during the first 48 hours and alternate with heat after the swelling goes down. Use heat therapy for chronic pain.
Please Note: Doctors typically recommend the application of cold or heat therapy not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Allow 20 minutes between applications.

Details: This ice pack is small, but it's perfect for any type of mouth surgery/toothaches, headaches, injuries to toes/fingers or small bumps and bruises. I ordered it in February and two months later when I got it out to use for only the second time there was a small leak from an improperly sealed seam. I called customer service and explained the problem and they sent me a replacement that same day. Hassle free and great service!!!

Details: PolarIce is a godsend during this extended heatwave. We typically top 95° here, but lately, 110° on the regular! If it wasn't for PolarIce, I would melt like Frosty the Snowman. I bought 3 inserts for my neck wrap. I would recommend buying 2 sets so you can rotate out when needed. I hear you can use this item for heat therapy, too. This item is well made and I used my original ice packs for 5+ years before needing to replace them! I would definitely recommend this product & company.

Details: Great product! Soft when frozen, so it shapes itself to the hurting body part. Not as cold as ice cubes, which is good. High quality bag, that looks like it will last for a long time. Bought three, so I can keep replacements in the freezer. Support department is great too. I had an issue with my delivery and they solved it promptly. Thanks Polar Products!

Details: My daughter has headaches often and the heat is a big, big problem for her. These handy, dandy little ice packets work so well in a bandana to tie around her neck. She even uses two at once sometimes and ties it around her head. She looks cute and stays cool at the same time. The ice just conforms to her head. It's great!
